Val\u00e9rie Milot est une musicienne et entrepreneure qui fait sa voie hors des sentiers battus. D\u00e9fendant la harpe \u00e0 l\u2019avant-sc\u00e8ne, elle la d\u00e9poussi\u00e8re de ses clich\u00e9s en mettant en lumi\u00e8re sa puissance et ses sonorit\u00e9s insoup\u00e7onn\u00e9es.<\/p>

Soliste recherch\u00e9e, Val\u00e9rie performe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un riche r\u00e9pertoire concertant avec orchestre (Les Violons du Roy, Orchestre symphonique de Qu\u00e9bec, Orchestre M\u00e9tropolitain de Montr\u00e9al) avec des chefs reconnus (Yannick N\u00e9zet-S\u00e9guin, Bernard Labadie, Nicolas Ellis, Mathieu Lussier, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Rivest, entre autres). Musicienne bien en vue sur le web, sa cha\u00eene YouTube cumule plus de trois millions de vues sur ses performances musicales.<\/p>

L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 marque l\u2019ajout de deux albums \u00e0 sa vaste discographie :\u00a0Canzone di Notte<\/i>, en duo avec la soprano colorature Marianne Lambert (Fidelio) et\u00a0Transfiguration<\/i>, avec le violoncelliste St\u00e9phane T\u00e9treault (ATMA Classique), en plus de collaborer \u00e0 de nombreux enregistrements et concerts de musique de chambre.<\/p>

Tout comme l\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019avant-gardiste projet\u00a0Orbis<\/i>\u00a0(2016-2020),\u00a0Transfiguration<\/i>\u00a0fait aussi l\u2019objet d\u2019une production alliant musique et arts num\u00e9riques, dont la tourn\u00e9e s\u2019amorce au printemps 2022, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 la Salle Bourgie de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>

Proactive et passionn\u00e9e, Val\u00e9rie fonde An\u00e9mone 47 en 2016; un organisme qui assure la production et la tourn\u00e9e de concerts de musique classique \u00e0 signature unique au Qu\u00e9bec et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Elle poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement sa propre compagnie d\u2019\u00e9dition de partitions musicales, en plus de chapeauter diverses activit\u00e9s de production.<\/p>

Val\u00e9rie est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement invit\u00e9e \u00e0 si\u00e9ger sur des jurys de concours musicaux et \u00e0 partager son exp\u00e9rience de musicienne et de productrice lors de conf\u00e9rences. Elle assure \u00e9galement la direction artistique et la mise en sc\u00e8ne de la\u00a0Grande Premi\u00e8re des futures \u00e9toiles<\/i>\u00a0de la Fondation de la Place des Arts pour les \u00e9ditions 2021 et 2022.<\/p>

P\u00e9dagogue passionn\u00e9e, Val\u00e9rie est professeure de harpe et de musique de chambre au Conservatoire de musique de Montr\u00e9al. Elle y chapeaute \u00e9galement la s\u00e9rie\u00a0Harpenning<\/i>, o\u00f9 elle pr\u00e9sente des concerts et des ateliers afin de faire d\u00e9couvrir la harpe sous toutes ses facettes.<\/p>

Reconnue par ses pairs et par le public, de nombreux prix jalonnent son parcours. En 2008, Val\u00e9rie obtient le Prix avec Grande Distinction au terme de ses \u00e9tudes au Conservatoire avec Caroline Lizotte, et remporte le Prix d\u2019Europe. Elle est d\u2019ailleurs la premi\u00e8re harpiste en presque 100 ans \u00e0 remporter cette importante bourse qui lui a permis d\u2019\u00e9tudier \u00e0 New York aupr\u00e8s de Rita Costanzi. Plusieurs prix s\u2019encha\u00eenent par la suite, dont R\u00e9v\u00e9lation de l\u2019ann\u00e9e Radio-Canada, Prix d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation au Concours International de harpe de la Cit\u00e9 des Arts de Paris, Prix Opus D\u00e9couverte de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le prix Cr\u00e9ation arts de la sc\u00e8ne au gala Arts Excellence de Culture Mauricie, ainsi que plusieurs nominations au Gala de l\u2019ADISQ.<\/p>

Val\u00e9rie joue sur une harpe \u00ab Apollonia \u00bb de Salvi, gracieusement pr\u00eat\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise\u00a0Canimex<\/i>\u00a0de Drummondville, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du m\u00e9c\u00e8ne Roger Dubois.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
